The crisis plans and guidance from federal, state, and local governments have navigated our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and include the following actions:

  • Enablement of employees for remote work, including our technical and customer support teams, to ensure service levels to you remain timely and consistent.
  • Implementation of preventative measures at our manufacturing facility in Milford, Conn., such as site visit and entry restrictions, distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees, and social distancing at workstations to minimize potential contact.
  • Increased coordination with our supply chain partners to maintain production timelines and minimize any potential interruption.
