Joe Pajer | President and CEO
Joe Pajer brings nearly 30 years of technology industry experience to Thinklogical, including more than 20 years at the senior executive level. Prior to joining Thinklogical, Joe was CEO of Vocollect, a leading provider of voice recognition enabled computing systems used to manage mobile workforces. He previously held leadership positions with Marconi, FORE Systems, Compaq Computer Corporation and AT&T. Joe holds an M.S. degree in management and a B.S. degree in civil engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Scott T. Willey | COO and Chief Financial Officer
Scott Willey joined Thinklogical in June 2010, and has more than 28 years of financial management experience including more than six years in the technology industry. Prior to joining Thinklogical, Mr. Willey was Chief Financial Officer of Pentron Corporation. He has also held senior financial management roles with TranSwitch Corporation, Cendant Corporation and Rayonier, Inc. Scott began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Larry Wachter | Vice President, Engineering
Larry Wachter leads the design and development of hardware, firmware and software for Thinklogical. Larry brings nearly 30 years of experience in the technology industry to Thinklogical. Larry received his BSEE from Western New England University.
Peter Henderson | Vice President, Co-Founder and Thinklogical Design Center principal
Peter Henderson has been with Thinklogical since its inception in 2003. Pete provides design, configuration and validation guidance to customers as part of the Thinklogical Design Center (TLDC) team. He has more than 33 years of expertise in technology marketing and business development. Prior to Thinklogical he held positions at Amp Inc., Harbor Electronics and Lightwave. In 1994 he co-purchased Lightwave Communications from Laser Precision, which was sold to Lantronix Incorporated in 2001. Pete co-founded Thinklogical in 2003 and is responsible for new product introductions to marketplace and customer development and growth. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University.
David Cheever | Director, Co-Founder and Thinklogical Design Center principal
David Cheever has been with Thinklogical since its inception in 2003. David provides design, configuration and validation guidance to customers as part of the Thinklogical Design Center (TLDC) team. He has more than 30 years of executive experience in manufacturing, including more than 21 years of experience in the technology industry. From 1980 to 1994 he held managerial positions with Burgess Brothers, a sheet metal and machining business. In 1994 he co-purchased Lightwave Communications from Laser Precision, which was sold to Lantronix Incorporated in 2001. David co-founded Thinklogical in 2003 and is involved with Thinklogical’s product application design services. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
Michael Macari | Vice President, Operations
Michael Macari is responsible for Thinklogical’s Manufacturing Operations and Quality. Prior to joining Thinklogical, Mike was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at TranSwitch Corp. a provider of system-on-a-chip (SoC) solutions for voice, data, and video communications. Mike has held senior management positions in electronics, communications and semiconductor businesses, with over 25 years’ experience in these industries. Mike holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from the University of New Haven.
Ed Krach | Vice President, Thinklogical Design Center (TLDC)
Ed is responsible for partner and customer system designs and product training. A Certified Network Professional (CNP), Ed is a forward thinking IT Technologist with over 25 years of global technology industry experience. He is recognized in the U.S. and abroad as an expert in network, data center, and KVM Business Continuity Solutions. Prior to joining Thinklogical, he built and managed Avocent's Global System Engineering Team for 10 years. As a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Ed has provided Thinklogical training to users around the globe, and previously delivered Microsoft, IBM, and Novell certification courses throughout Europe and the USA.
Robert Ventresca | Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Robert Ventresca is responsible for Thinklogical’s worldwide marketing and corporate communications operations. Previously, Bob was Vice President of Marketing for Netkey, Inc., a leading provider of software and hardware technology for interactive kiosks and digital signage that was acquired by NCR Corp. With 30 years of experience including more than 25 years in the technology industry, Bob has held senior-level marketing, public relations, communications and investor relations positions with government agencies and public and privately-held companies including the U.S. Department of the Army, DSL.net, Brodeur Partners, IMA and Hyperion. He holds a BS degree in Journalism from Southern Connecticut State University.
