Thinklogical Continues Momentum Setting Another Sales Record in 2011
Strong sales growth driven by Information Assurance accreditation and increased customer adoption.
January 24, 2012 – Thinklogical, the leading provider of fiber optic video switching and KVM systems, today announced record sales for the fourth quarter of 2011. Continuing a strong upward trend, company sales in the third and fourth quarters of 2011 surpassed all previous records.
“Thinklogical’s record results were driven by strong performance in our Information Assurance accredited government and military applications,” stated Joe Pajer, CEO of Thinklogical. “We have become the market leader in building the most secure computing and video infrastructures in the world.”
Last May, Thinklogical announced it had received accreditation for Common Criteria EAL4 certification, and earlier this month the company announced it had received NATO and TEMPEST approval for the use of its KVM routers. Thinklogical is the only KVM router manufacturer that has established an Information Assurance (IA) methodology across high-end video switching equipment to meet NATO, TEMPEST and Common Criteria EAL4 certification requirements. With Thinklogical’s KVM routers, the customer can maintain Information Assurance between multiple networks, restricting access where necessary. Recently, during the design phase in two large military installations, a competitor’s routing equipment was swapped out for the Thinklogical Information Assurance accredited routing solution.
Thinklogical released several new products during Q3 and Q4, including the new smaller footprint, high performance KVM router, the MX48, ideally suited for small- to medium-sized computing environments, such as corporate conference rooms, educational presentation rooms, small broadcast facilities and small post-production houses.
“To experience one record breaking quarter after another reflects our continuing momentum in the key markets of national defense, broadcast, post-production, energy and medical applications,” stated David Cheever, president of Thinklogical. “Our responsiveness to our customers’ needs is the cause of our recent sales growth. We continue to delight our customers every day.”
Thinklogical is the leading manufacturer and provider of fiber optic KVM, SDI, and DVI extension solutions, as well as Information Assurance (NATO, Common Criteria, EAL4, TEMPEST) accredited fiber matrix routers and switches. Organizations worldwide rely on Thinklogical’s products and solutions for optimal performance in secure visual computing environments. Through pioneering next generation fiber optic extension, switching and server management technologies, Thinklogical helps customers reduce cost and simplify the management of complex computing infrastructures. Thinklogical sells directly and through integrator and VAR channels, and is privately held and headquartered in Milford, Connecticut.
