Technology 200 (Hands-On Instructor Led) 1 day – 4 RU Credits

Tech 200 is a one day instructor-led classroom training that provides basic technical training covering advanced system design, installation, configuration and debug and is designed for sales engineers, system integrators, design consultants and service and support personnel. Tech 200 is designed for entry-level Thinklogical KVM Technicians; no prior experience is needed other than Tech 100 completion.

Class begins with a brief overview of the TLX hardware that will be used in class — detailed Technical discussions regarding our TLX Matrix Switches and TLX extenders. An “Out of the Box” SMP section covers step by step instructions and common practices when setting up your SMP control system.

Tech 200 is designed for entry level individuals with little to no prior Thinklogical experience:

Tech 300 is designed to start right where Tech 200 leaves off.

Tech 300 – Tech 300 is a two-day, instructor-led, advanced hands-on training class. Covering engineering level features, the class is designed for system integrators, sales engineers, onsite system administrators and high-level system users.  Thinklogical’s Tech 300 training provides customers and partners with the tools they need to install and maintain a Thinklogical KVM system.

Please Note: Online Product & Technology 100 training is a prerequisite and must be successfully completed before instructor-led Tech 200 class begins. All attendees who complete our Product and Technology Training will earn CTS credits. No CTS RU credits are available for completing Tech 151.

*Product and Technology 200 and 300 are only offered as instructor-led classroom training. If training is conducted at Thinklogical Headquarters in Milford, CT, fees are waived.
