Thinklogical begins Common Criteria EAL4 Certification for Secure Computing Environments
Milford, CT – September 18, 2009 – Thinklogical, a leading provider of fiber optic KVM switching and extension solutions, today announced that it is in the process of becoming certified against the Common Criteria EAL4 for its Velocity KVM and Video Extension Systems, the VX Router line of products, and the DCS StudioPRO Fiber Optic Matrix Switch.
An EAL4 certification will validate that Thinklogical’s products and solutions meet and exceed the stringent requirements established by internationally-recognized government standards, government approval processes, and security industry tests that protect computer infrastructures at all levels. Common Criteria has become the worldwide standard for certifying software and appliances, and provides a comprehensive range of evaluation criteria for government-use installations and corporate security products.
